I’m one of those 5 people too. Though I’ve been planning on watching the movie first, then go for the trilogy.

I can never decide whether to go movie first or book first. I saw the first 5 Harry Potter movies, then went back and read the first 4 books. Decided maybe I should read the last 3 books before watching the rest of the movies. End result: I became paralyzed and have done neither.
