-The Clockwork Vampire Chronicles by Andy Remick (tpb, digital..so here is a good example of how to price a digital omnibus, the kindle edition, like the tpb edition, contains all 3 books in the series, but for just $7.99. I ranted last week about the pricing of some forthcoming omnibus editions from Orbit that I think are too high. Though honestly I think Angry Robot could charge 9.99-10.99 and it would still be a fair price).
